If you do not receive bills through the post we are more than happy to accept alternative documents to verify your address. These include the following:
- Letters from your employer or wage slip
- Government issued letters
- Council tax letters
- Court issued letters
- DVLA issued letters
Kindly ensure that he documents have been issued within the last 3 months and that all four corners of the document are visible.
You may also submit downloadable PDF copies of your bills to verify your address should you have opted-out of receiving paper statements. Please note that screenshots of online bills are not acceptable therefore we will require the PDF file to verify your address.
